The SMAQ Digital Imprinter is PHP software which resides on your Web Server and integrates into your Content Management System (CMS). When a request is made to download a file from your server a unique and totally transparent signature is striped onto a unique file as it is transmitted to the requestor. When a suspect video is located on a sharing site, simply upload a copy of that video via the SMAQ Upload Utility and if the file contains the SMAQ signature a notice will be displayed on the screen.
